The portfolio is located predominantly in the South East of England with a particular focus on the Heathrow and West London markets. Brixton produces results by focusing on a successful acquisition and development programme, effective asset management, customer service and strategic joint ventures.This approach is underpinned by an innovative financial strategy which gives Brixton flexibility, a competitive advantage and an investment-grade credit rating.		We operate through two principal subsidiary companies. Brixton Investments is responsible for acquisitions, disposals and development.
