Our approach


Since 2001 - when B-Serv took over the management of the properties owned by Brixton plc and its joint venture partners - we have monitored levels of satisfaction with the service we provide. A customer satisfaction survey is carried out each year by independent researchers.

How are we doing?


Although our performance in these surveys has been pleasing and shows that we have improved since 2001, the real value of the research is that it highlights what we’re not getting it right.

One of the key measures in the survey is the level of overall satisfaction with B-Serv. The graph below shows the results for the period 2001-2007.

How can we improve?


We aspire to continually improve and deliver a high quality service to you.

We expect our customers to judge us on the quality of our service. We respect the fact that all our customers have jobs to do and businesses to run. That’s why we’re committed to the following:

  • Understanding your business needs and helping your workplace run more efficiently


  • Listening to your comments and feedback and responding in a quick, courteous and efficient manner


  • Communicating clearly about what we’re doing and why we’re doing it
Despite our aims, there may be times when we do not meet the expectations of our customers. In these circumstances, its crucial that you tell us what you need so we can refine and improve our services.

Do you know your Customer Service Manager?


Every B-Serv customer has a dedicated Customer Service Team comprising a Customer Service Manager, Contract Manager and Asset Manager.

Your Customer Service Manager is there to assist you with property-related issues, get feedback on how you think we’re doing and help make sure you get the most out of your property.
