The construction and running of buildings has a significant carbon footprint so B-Serv recognises that a key sustainability challenge for our business is climate change. As part of our response, we have produced a guide to climate change and sustainability for our employees and a similar guide for occupiers of Brixton owned and managed properties. The guide for employees sets out our key climate change impacts for each of our main business activities and a checklist of actions to take. The occupiers guide looks at how we can work together with our occupiers to address climate change.
