Brixton is looking to acquire large well-located, industrial and warehouse estates, predominantly in the South East in lot sizes from £20m-plus. It also wishes to extend the concentration of ownership around Trafford Park Manchester. We are also interested in prime development opportunities especially in the South East with a minimum site area of about five acres. Equiton is looking to increase its assets through further acquisitions of South East multi-let, industrial investments under £20m in value.
