Property search hints
You can search our property database using 4 parameters: type, location, radius and size.
type: can be industrial, office or other.
NB industrial units which have office areas within them will not be returned in a search for office units.
location: we have a number of properties, in some locations, and this pulldown enables you to specify one of them.
radius: if you choose a location, you can also specify that units within a certain distance also be returned. The default for this is 5 miles. To find more results you can increase up to 150 miles.
size: this value refers to the size in square feet of a unit, not the property as a whole.
All the parameters can be combined, but if your search is too narrow, no results will be returned. If this happens, try broadening or using fewer search criteria.
